The Apartment
The apartment which sleeps up to 6 people is very spacious (approx 90 square metres), decorated to a high standard and has gas central heating throughout. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other has two single beds that can be joined together to make a double. A travel cot is available on request.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower. The comfortable lounge has a double sofa bed and a TV/DVD player. The large kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine as well as a table and six chairs.
Clean Comfortable and Airy.
The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis and fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Pool towels are available for hire at a minimal cost. The apartment is designated a no smoking area.
Twenty metres outside the apartment is the 9 by 5 metre pool with panoramic views of the countryside with sunbeds and sunshades provided. There is a shaded outdoor eating area right outside with table and chairs and lots of quiet places in the large garden, orchard and summerhouse (5,000 squares metres, 1¼ acres) to relax in. A large barbeque is also available for guests to use.
Villa Castelletta is set in the countryside, near a quiet “white” road, just two kilometres from the small village of Troviggiano that has a restaurant, pizzeria and bar a small supermarket, butchers, post office and pharmacy. Cingoli, nine kilometres away, has two supermarkets and many small shops, restaurants and bars. An information pack containing details of the local towns, restaurants, bars and amenities is available in the apartment.
Car Hire is essential to get to Villa Castelletta from the airport (40 km) and to explore the local area
